When booking your room at Ballyseede Castle, book September 20-23rd. See how to under ‘Hotel’ tab.

September 21st, 2021: Wedding Day at Ballyeseede Castle!! Wedding will be in the late afternoon, so feel free to hike in the morning or grab the bus for local sightseeing prior to events. Many may want to hang out and get ready with us, which is fine as well!

September 22nd:  On this day we have organized a shuttle bus for people who wish to go with us to see the Dingle Peninsula and Slea Head Drive. We ask $25 per person in either American Dollars or 20 Euros. Pay in cash day of or prior to either Jamie or Kathy.
If you wish to do your own tour to see other sites, we recommend that you schedule prior to arrival to ensure spots and a hassle free experience.

Come together in the evening at Ballyseede Castle for farewell drinks (not an open bar event). You can plan on joining for that, or not!

September 23rd, 2021: Tour Bus Transport to Dublin

Once again, we will make this a sightseeing day. We will leave Ballyseede Castle and head to Tipperary and Kilkenny for the day. The tour bus will drop us off in Dublin at the end of the day. Book a stay in Dublin for this night, and however many more nights you wish to add to your trip. This is based on people flying out at the earliest September 24th, 2021.

September 24th, 2021: We recommend this being the soonest day you can schedule to return home if you are taking the tour bus back to Dublin with us.
We will be leaving September 25th.

Recommended Arrival Airport

Dublin Intl Airport: DUB

Option 1: Flights in and out of Dublin (DUB): this is the cheapest option. We encourage people to fly into Dublin and stay as many nights as they wish. Best way to follow our itinerary.

Option Two:  Kerry Airport (KIR) : is the closest airport to the wedding venue if you wish to fly there directly if you are on a time crunch. Will be a pricier flight, and you will be responsible for transport to and from the venue.

Transportation

To and From Dublin to Ballyseede Castle

We are providing Tour Bus Transport for people flying in and out of Dublin airport, specifically on September 20th and September 23rd.

We will have the tour bus take us to and from our wedding venue, as well as stopping at different sightseeing spots: Cliffs of Moher, Doolin, Rock of Cashel, Kilkenny.

People are welcome to hire their own form of transport, such as hire a car or take the Irish Rail.  Everyone is welcome to go their own pace, and do their own journey! Remember, they drive on the other side of the road, and manual transmission is the main vehicle.
