How to Book:
We are so excited that you can join us! In order to secure your space, simply follow the booking process listed below:
1. Click on the "YOUR TRAVEL PACKAGE" tab on the left (or scroll down) to learn more about the details and pricing of your custom travel package we have put together through our dedicated group travel specialist.
2. Under the package prices, you can click onto the "Click here to book" link or access that same link here:

3. A booking request form will pop up that you must fill out. The following information will be required to complete the booking request form:
- BRIDE & GROOM NAME: Irene and Nelson
- TRAVEL AGENT NAME: AMANDA
* Make sure that you also have your passport and credit card information handy to complete these details on the booking request form.
4. The deposit required is $300.00 per person. This initial deposit is non-refundable and due by July 19, 2020 in order to secure your reservation.
5. Once you have submitted the booking request form, Amanda will process your booking and secure your space. If you prefer to call her to discuss your booking, please feel free to reach out to Amanda with any questions you may have beforehand. Please note, the booking request form must be completed in order to process your booking.
6. Once your booking has been processed, an invoice will be issued and payment will be processed within 72 hours.
7. Should you wish to make additional payments after your initial deposit, simply click on the "Make A Payment" tab on the left (or scroll down), and click on the payment form link.
SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT DUE DATES FOR YOUR TRIP (pricing is per person):
- July 19, 2020 - Initial Deposit of $300.00
- October 15, 2021 - 50% of the balance owing
- February 19, 2022- Final payment due

Trip Cancellation and Insurance Waiver
Once you have completed your booking by providing the initial deposit required, you are welcome to make additional payments through the year. Please do so by filling out our secure request form below.
Please note that your final payment due date for our trip will be on February 19, 2022.

Please note that payments are NOT automatically processed. Amanda will receive your payment request and process these payments manually. Please allow up to 72 hours for a payment to be processed.
If you are interested in setting up a payment plan, we now offer Payment arrangements through a company called "UPLIFT". This company will finance your trip upfront and allow you 11 months to pay the trip off. This is a great option if you are unable to make the full payment by February 19, 2022. If you are interested in learning more about this option, please reach out to Amanda. This program is O.A.C and does have interest fees associated with it.
HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?

WHAT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING:
We require that all guests travelling complete the Booking Request Form. When completing the form, you will be asked to input the following information for Irene & Nelson's wedding group:

DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
Yes. You can make a payment at anytime by selecting the Make A Payment option. As an alternative, you can also choose to finance your trip through Uplift.
Uplift will pay for your trip in full, and then allow you to make 11 additional monthly payments to pay for your trip in full. This option will extend out your final payment deadline and may make a more affordable option for our guests.
HOW DO I GET A CUSTOM QUOTE?
If you are interested in options for dates that are outside of the current group block, or would like a different room category quoted, please fill out the Booking Request Form and in the comments section, ask for a quote. Include in your comments which duration and/or room category you would like more information on. Or, you can always contact Amanda directly via email or phone.
HOW LONG DOES THE QUOTING PROCESS TAKE FOR A CUSTOM QUOTE?
When you request a customized quote, please allow up to 14 days to receive pricing back. Reserving space for a group is a unique process and is different than booking a family vacation or doing it online. We want to ensure everyone is included in our group booking at the resort, so please inquire with our travel agent.
WHAT DOES ALL INCLUSIVE MEAN?
Your booking includes a room at the all inclusive resort, and airfare and transfers between the airport and hotel. All Inclusive means that all of your meals, snacks, drinks, entertainment, non-motorized watersports, etc are included.
DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes, passports are required to enter Saint Lucia. Its also important to note that your passport must all not expire within 6 months AFTER travel in order to travel.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY TRIP?
We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance and out of country insurance. This provides peace of mind and protects your trip in the event you need to cancel. We use Manulife Insurance for all of our coverage and recommend the Premium Protection Plan. Please inquire with Amanda.
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify Glow Travel immediately. Cancellation charges are calculated based on the date that Glow Travel is notified in writing of the cancellation.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
At the time of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
181 days or more prior to departure date- Loss of deposit
91 – 180 days prior to departure date- 50% of the total cost of booking, including taxes, fees and surcharges per person
Less than 90 days prior to departure date-100% of the total cost including taxes, fees and surcharges per person.
* Total cost means all money due and/or paid to Glow Travel and Events.
WHY DO I NEED TO BOOK WITH THE GROUP?
It is very important that you book with the group. We have secured competitive pricing for all of our guests. When booking with the group, this ensures that your package is protected.
UPDATED PCR REQUIREMENTS
ENTERING SAINT LUCIA
Effective February 10, 2021, all arrivals to Saint Lucia (5 years or older) must have a negative result from a COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than 5 days before arrival.
Consistent with existing protocols, all arrivals to Saint Lucia:
Must complete and submit a Travel Registration Form, which is found on the Saint Lucia COVID-19 Travel Advisory page at www.StLucia.org/Covid-19
Must adhere to all safety protocols in place throughout Saint Lucia, including wearing a mask in public places
Shall be subject to mandatory screening and temperature checks at ports of entry and throughout your stay
Shall be transferred by certified taxi to COVID-19 approved accommodation
From Honourable Dominic Fedee, Minister of Tourism: “In order to co-exist with Covid, we must constantly evaluate our safety and travel protocols. In due consideration of all factors affecting the health of Saint Lucian citizens and international visitors, we are tightening testing protocols based on our current conditions.”

TO ENTER CANADA
All air passengers 5 years and older are required to present documentation of a negative COVID-19 test result (PCR) performed 72 hours or less before return flight to Canada. All PCR testing must be issued by an approved laboratory in order to enter its territory.
For further details regarding these Canada arrival requirements please go to the Government of Canada website
Passengers are responsible for making the arrangements for their test and are responsible for all related costs. Passengers flying to Canada must also submit their COVID related information digitally via the ArriveCAN app or website before departure their departure flight to Canada. Failure to do so may result in a fine, denied boarding as well as having to quarantine at a Government facility upon arrival for 14 days. Even with a negative PCR approved test if upon arrival they feel that your quarantine plan is not to their liking you may be required to quarantine at a Government facility.
