Paul and Holly met in a bar in West Village, NYC on a cold January night. He bought her a drink and they spent the night dancing. On their first date, Holly and Paul went to Flower Shop in LES, one of their favorite dive bars, to play pool. Holly wanted to impress Paul with her skills and almost got into a little tussle when someone cut her in line to play. Paul quickly realized how much he loved Holly's tenacity as a strong Texas woman and fell in love that night. The rest is history!
