14:30 - Guest start to arrive for ceremony. Please ensure you start arriving by 14:30 for a 15:00 start.
15:00 - Ceremony commences
15:45-16:15 - family & friends photos after ceremony
16:30-17:45 - bridal party photos on the beach/drone shots. For our guest, this is the time where there will be a break between ceremony and reception, use this time as you wish.
18:00 - guest start arriving @ reception, beverage package & 360 Photobooth commence
18:30 - Bridal party arrive @ reception, cake cutting and cold canapés commence
18:45 - kids meals 12yrs and under commence
19:00 - hot canapés commence
19:15 - speeches commence
20:00 - bride & groom speech, first dance and substantials commence
21:00 - desserts & cake served
22:00 - 360 Photobooth concludes
23:00 - Beverage package concludes but can still purchase drinks for 30min
23:30 - DJ concludes
23:59 - Wedding concludes
Wine, beers, soft drinks, juices are on us from 18:00 to 23:00. There will also be a cash bar set up for anyone who would like to purchase there own spirits.

FRIENDS, FAMILY & BRIDAL PHOTO'S,

After having photos with you all on the observation deck the bridal party will dash away for more photos, There will be a break between photos and reception. You are welcome to use this time as you wish. Perhaps have some drinks at the bar, dip your feet in the pool, go for a walk along the beach, have a siesta or simply freshen up.
