Ciao a tutti e a tutte,
con questo messaggio desideriamo fornirvi alcune aggiornamenti sulle indicazioni da seguire per lo svolgimento del matrimonio nella maniera più sicura possibile.
Ad oggi, in Italia abbiamo vaccinato contro il covid quasi il 50 % della popolazione, (il 26% con una sola dose ed il 24% ha completato l’intero ciclo vaccinale con due).
La Variante “of Concern” B.1.617.2 o variante indiana ha preso piede in Regno Unito e pare stia dando un rialzo dei contagi. Possiamo dire poco sui perché, tuttavia in Regno Unito la strategia vaccinale è stata diversa da quella in atto in Italia.
Nuovi studi però rendono noto come due dosi di Astrazeneca/Pfizer proteggano dalla variante indiana in maniera ugualmente efficace rispetto al virus “wild type” (virus originale) (www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.05.22.21257658v1.full-text studio ancora in pre-print).
Nell’incertezza sul come la situazione evolverà preferiamo essere prudenti.
La normativa vigente (ultimo aggiornamento 15/06/2021) prevede l’accesso degli invitati in possesso del Green Pass ottenibile nei seguenti casi:
- guarigione dal covid nei precedenti 6 mesi dalla data del ricevimento
- vaccinazione con 1 dose ricevuta almeno 15 giorni prima dalla data del ricevimento
-ciclo vaccinale terminato (2 dosi)
-certificato di negatività alla ricerca di materiale genetico (PCR) o proteico (tampone antigenico rapido) del virus Sars-cov-2 su tampone orofaringeo eseguito entro le 48h precedenti alla data del ricevimento
Come da normativa vigente l’accesso alla struttura sarà negato in caso di non possessione di Green Pass.
Il Green Pass è scaricabile da smartphone su applicazione IO, da applicativo Immuni oppure dal Sito ufficiale DCG (a questo link: www.dgc.gov.it/web/ottenere.html sul quale troverete anche altre informazioni). Per scaricarlo dal sito o dagli applicativi è necessario essere in possesso delle credenziali SPID. In alternativa è possibile richiederlo in farmacia o dal proprio medico curante tramite Tessera Sanitaria e Fascicolo Elettronico.
Le informazioni circa il vostro stato sono fornite alla piattaforma DCG (quella che rilascia il Green Pass) tramite Anagrafe Vaccinale Nazionale, Sistema Tessera Sanitaria e Fascicolo Sanitario.
MODALITA’ DI ACCESSO ALLA FESTA:
· 2 dosi di vaccino (una in caso di vaccino J&J): sufficiente presentare il Green Pass
· Guarigione da Covid-19: se hai contratto il covid e ne sei guarito (tampone negativo di guarigione emesso successivamente al 17/01/2021) sarà sufficiente presentare il Green Pass. In caso di tampone negativo di guarigione emesso prima del 17/01/2021 e ciclo vaccinale NON completato, sarà necessario effettuare un tampone
· 1 dose di vaccino : se hai eseguito la prima dose entro la data del 2 luglio (15 giorni dalla data del ricevimento) puoi ottenere il Green Pass. Se invece la prima dose è stata fatta dal 2 luglio in poi, sarà necessario il tampone per ottenere il Green Pass.
Data la scarsa protezione di una sola dose contro la variante indiana, è caldamente consigliata l’esecuzione del tampone IN OGNI CASO (seguono info su come e dove eseguirlo )
· In tutte le casistiche non rientranti nelle categorie di cui sopra, è necessario effettuare tampone nelle 48h precedenti all’evento per richiedere il Green Pass.
Chi è vaccinato con una sola dose dunque non avrebbe bisogno di un tampone, tuttavia dati i recenti sviluppi, preferiremmo garantire la salute di tutti offrendo il tampone rapido antigenico sia a chi ne ha bisogno da normativa (cioè 0 dosi di vaccino e non guarigione da covid) e anche a chi ha ricevuto una sola dose di vaccino.

I green pass verranno controllati all’ingresso tramite codice a barre dal personale della struttura ricettiva, è possibile stamparlo oppure conservarlo sul proprio cellulare in copia digitale.

with this message we would like to provide you with some updates on the indications to follow for the conduct of the wedding in the safest possible way.
To date, in Italy we have vaccinated almost 50% of the population against covid (26% with a single dose and 24% completed the entire vaccination cycle with two).
The variant “of Concern” B.1.617.2 or Indian variant has taken hold in the United Kingdom and seems to be giving an increase in infections. We can say little about why, however the vaccination strategy in the UK was different from that in Italy.
However, new studies reveal that two doses of Astrazeneca / Pfizer protect against the Indian variant equally effectively compared to the "wild type" virus (original virus) (www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.05.22.21257658v1 .full-text studio still in pre-print).
In the uncertainty about how the situation will evolve, we prefer to be cautious.
Current legislation (last updated 15/06/2021) provides for the access of guests in possession of the Green Pass obtainable in the following cases:
- recovery from the covid in the previous 6 months from the date of receipt
- vaccination with 1 dose received at least 15 days prior to the date of receipt
- completed vaccination cycle (2 doses)
-certificate of negativity in search of genetic material (PCR) or protein (rapid antigenic swab) of the Sars-cov-2 virus on oropharyngeal swab performed within 48 hours prior to the date of receipt
As per current legislation, access to the facility will be denied in the event of non-possession of a Green Pass.

2 doses of vaccine (one in case of J&J vaccine): just present the Green Pass
Healing from Covid-19: if you have contracted the covid and are cured of it (negative healing swab issued after 17/01/2021) it will be sufficient to present the Green Pass. In case of negative healing swab issued before 01/17/2021 and vaccination cycle NOT completed, it will be necessary to carry out a swab
1 dose of vaccine: if you have taken your first dose by 2 July (15 days from the date of receipt) you can get the Green Pass. If, on the other hand, the first dose was taken from 2 July onwards, the swab will be required to obtain the Green Pass.
Given the poor protection of a single dose against the Indian variant, it is highly recommended to perform the tampon IN ANY CASE (info on how and where to do it follows)
· In all cases not falling within the above categories, it is necessary to swab in the 48 hours prior to the event to request the Green Pass.
Those who are vaccinated with a single dose therefore would not need a tampon, however, given recent developments, we would prefer to guarantee the health of everyone by offering the rapid antigenic tampon both to those who need it by law (i.e. 0 doses of vaccine and no recovery from covid) and also to those who have received only one dose of the vaccine.

It will be possible to perform the swab at the Rubino Pharmacy in Bari in Viale Magna Grecia 71/79 or request the swab at home in case of overnight stay in the hotel. It is possible to book on 080 558 0985 specifying that you are our guests, the date (15-16-17 July to be in within 48 hours) and the preferred time slot.
The green passes will be checked at the entrance by barcode by the staff of the accommodation facility, you can print it or keep it on your mobile phone in digital copy.
