Metered parking is available in the adjacent lot and street parking surrounding the venue for $1.50 per hour from 9:00pm until 10:00pm seven days a week. Complimentary parking walking distance to Ole Hanson Beach Club is available in residential area of Calle Las Bolas, Calle Sacramento, and Avenida Hacienda, but is limited and guests must adhere to all city postings.

Slightly more elevated than semi-formal attire but less formal than formal wedding attire (also known as black-tie optional). A suit is preferable for men, while women should opt for a cocktail dress or formal jumpsuit. Lighter colors and fabrics are also perfectly suitable for our beach wedding.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kiddos at home so you can celebrate with us.

Although we can’t predict the weather, the month of May in San Clemente typically experiences daily high temperatures around 69°F, rarely falling below 63°F or exceeding 77°F . Clear, mostly clear, or partly cloudy conditions 80% of the time. Breezy & a low chance of rain.

The ceremony will be held outdoors on the south lawns. The cocktail hour and dinner reception will also be held outdoors on the east & west decks (located on the 2nd floor of the venue space) with gorgeous views overlooking the ocean. Dancing on the other hand, will be held indoors in the grand ballroom (located on the 2nd floor of the venue space in-between the west & east decks).

Transportation will not be provided so please be safe & plan ahead. We recommend using Uber or Lyft.

Yes, drinks are on us!

We kindly ask that guests arrive at 4:00pm (30 minutes before the ceremony begins). This will allow plenty of time for guests to say their hellos, leave a message “at the tone” for the soon-to-be newlyweds, & find their seats!
