5-530pm: meet in the hotel bar for cocktails

6:00p: Depart from the hotel lobby, organized transportation via Minivans toward the Old Town Dubrovnik

6:15p: we arrive at Port Gruz and begin to board the boat. Live performance by authentic Klapa group! Appetizers and welcome drink (champagne) served as we prepare to set sail into the setting sun! 

06:30p: Our journey begins! We will sail into the setting sun along the beautiful coat of Dubrovnik! Appetizers will be served: Whole prosciutto, freshly cut in front of the guests*, with melon, homemade cheese with tomatoes and olives; homemade bannock; Dessert: fresh seasonal fruit. Guests can mingle around the boat / take photos, enjoy the magnificent sea view of the old town of Dubrovnik.

At 7:15pm we arrive at the small island of Kolocep. Due to the boat's large size, we can only dock at the head pier, where several smaller speed boats will take us to our next destination--Villa Ruza (Villa Rose) Restaurant. Alternatively, the restaurant is about a 15 minute walk from the pier....but we figured it would be easier to keep everyone together. Each speedboat will fit 8 people.

To make this event more fun, we are encouraging everyone to wear white clothing! Just for fun! Suggested outfits for guys: button down white shirt and regular khakis or shorts. Bonus points if you can rock white shorts or white pants...if not, don't worry. :) Ladies: any white top with any pair of shorts, pants or a skirt, bonus if you can rock a white summer dress!! :)   PS--bring a shawl or light jacket, as the temperature might drop a little as the sun sets.

7:35pm arrival at Villa Rose Restaurant, welcome drink with cheese and delicates served! Guests can browse the venue, take photos, amazing sunset settings

07:50pm: Klapa performs again as guests take their seats for dinner. (Dinner menu below)

9 30 pm: As dinner is about the end, the cover Band picks up the dancing bit and does some cover songs. A few Speedboats will be available to take families back to Port Gruz early if needed, and from Port Gruz it is about 10-15 minute uber ride back to the hotel.

10:00-10:30pm: Last call/Bar closes

11pm: departure from the island via larger boat (80 person capacity)

11:45 arrival back at Port Gruz, followed by organized (minivans) transfer back to the hotel by midnight!

For guests with small children, we can arrange for an earlier departure back to the hotel right after dinner.

The 5 course lunch and wine tasting is expected to take about 3.5-4 hours. We no longer anticipate having time to visit the beach or swim in the water!

NOTE--the beaches of croatia have small pebbles instead of sand, you will need to have water shoes if you are not used to walking barefoot and you want to go into the water!

UPDATE--We will have coloring/activity books for them during the luncheon, but we are unsure if there will be time to see the beach and play in the ocean.

The bridal party (groomsmen + bridesmaids + their significant others, and the parents of bride and groom) will be having a private rehearsal dinner at the Nautika Restaurant on the Penatur terrace. The rest of the restaurant will still be open, guests are welcome to make their own reservations for dinner if they want to dine at one of the best restaurants in Croatia!

Recommended dress attire is "semi formal/dressy casual" and "beach formal/garden attire/summer formal". Cocktail attire is okay too! See images below!
