My name is Andrea Cassidy and I am a destination wedding travel specialist with Embrace the Journey Travel. Colleen and Chris have hired me to assist their guests with the travel arrangements for their destination wedding.

I will provide more details, prices, and instructions on how to secure your room with the wedding group below. There are no costs to wedding guests to use my planning services. Sit back, relax, and let me assist with your travel plans!

It is very important that you contact me in order to book your room vs. booking directly with the resort. A room block is secured for the wedding which will allow you to take advantage of the group discount. You will also be recognized as a member of the group for the wedding activities and festivities.

Colleen and Chris will receive bonuses and credits for rooms booked as part of their wedding group! If you have any questions please let me know and I am happy to discuss the importance of booking within the group.

We have rooms held in the wedding block from August 18-23, 2023, but we can extend dates if needed (pending availability)

Even though we have rooms held in the block they are subject to sell out. Be sure to submit your $100 deposit as soon as possible which will lock in your room and dates of travel.

Important Dates:
February 1, 2023: Initial deposit due, $100 per room
Initial Deposit is Non-Refundable
*It is recommended that you put down this deposit as soon as possible to ensure that you receive your preferred dates and room category.

May 26, 2023: Final Payment Due
Be sure to add insurance by this date!

June 1, 2023: Reservation becomes non-refundable
