Getting There and Away

The easiest way to get to our tiny mountain town is to fly into the Denver International Airport (DIA) and drive to Frisco, Colorado. There are lots of fun things to do and see along the drive, plus the drive through the mountains is breathtaking.

Things to Do

Explore the historic town of Georgetown and take a ride on an old-time steam locomotive through the canyon.

Travel Notes

Take the Loveland Pass

While driving down I-70 to Frisco, take the Loveland pass and stop at the top to admire the spectacular views and hike around the continental Divide, located at 11,990 ft. above sea level.

Nightlife

Explore a Local Cocktail Bar

Stop in for a quick drink at Bread Bar in Silver Plume on your drive up I-70 and walk around this sleepy mountain town.
