Adult Reception

Although we love your children, and know how much they mean to you as well, in order to allow all of our friends and family a night of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding to be an adult only occasion. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Wedding Transportation

We want to make it all easy for you and we want you safe! So we are providing complimentary shuttle service which will be available for transportation to and from the wedding ceremony and reception. The shuttle will depart from Home2 Suites by Hilton and SpringHill Suites by Marriott (located side by side) at 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM prior to the ceremony. It will depart from the Ivy House wedding venue at 10:30 PM and 12:00 AM for return back to the hotel.

Event Locations

The ceremony, the cocktail hour, and the reception are all taking place at the same venue.

Ceremony: In the greenhouse

Cocktail Hour: At the outside courtyard

Reception: In the indoor event space

Parking: Right on site…please feel free to leave your car overnight. We love you and want you to be safe!

Bar

Open bar during dinner and dancing! We can’t wait till you try our His and Hers Signature Drinks.

Cocktail Hour

Wine, beer and champagne service will be open along with a delicious selection of passed hors d’oeuvres.

Wedding Timeline

4:00 PM: Ceremony

5:00 PM: Cocktail Hour

6:00 PM: Reception/Bridal Entrance/Toasts

6:30 PM: Dinner/Cake Cutting

7:30 PM: First Dances

8:00 PM: Dance the night away!

11:30 PM: Private last dance/Sparkler send off

12:00 AM: Last shuttle

Thank you for coming!

Before you check out of the hotel, as a last send off before our honeymoon and as a loving thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we’ve set aside a private room for breakfast the morning after. Please feel free to join us, but it is completely optional. We can’t wait to spend our first morning as Mr. & Mrs. with you, reminisce about the fun night had, and potentially recover together!
