360Blue.com has most of the house rentals in WaterColor itself. Good if you can stay 4 days which is the minimum in most homes for rent in WaterColor and Seaside which is next door to WaterColor.
VRBO is another possibility for house rentals outside WaterColor and they will usually not require the 4 day minimum. Seagrove, and Grayton Beach are good options.
