Travel & Transportation
If you are arriving from the US or Europe by plane, you have the choice to fly into London or to another UK airport. The closest airports to the venue are East Midlands airport (20 min by taxi), Birmingham Airport (1 hour by taxi), or London Luton (1 hour 40 minutes by taxi or 2 hours by train).
You can also fly into other London airports, though the transport may take longer.
If you are arriving from Europe via the Eurostar train, you can take a train directly from King's Cross St. Pancras to Loughborough. Train tickets can be booked via East Midlands Railway website:

We realise many of the international guests are making holiday plans on either side of the wedding. If you are flying to London ahead of the wedding weekend and wish to stay near us in West Hampstead, then your best airport options are Heathrow, Gatwick, or Luton.
Heathrow: To arrive in West Hampstead you can take an Uber/taxi (£50-75, 40 minutes) or the tube (~55 minutes).
Gatwick or Luton: To arrive in West Hampstead you can take the Thameslink train (1 hour) or an Uber/taxi (£50-75, 40-50 minutes).
You don’t need to buy a timed ticket for the tube, you can use contactless payment to tap in and out.
By Car
Prestwold Hall is situated close to the M1, J23 (20 mins). The postcode LE12 5SQ will lead you to the lodge gates.

The nearest station to the venue is Loughborough (5 mins) by car. There is a frequent service of fast trains (1h 15 mins) from London and a taxi rank at the station.
