Hotel Xcaret Arte was created as an homage to the authentic culture, art, and people of Mexico. The stunning beachfront resort was designed by Mexican artists and architects to create a luxurious adults-only retreat that fits in with the surrounding landscape of the Riviera Maya, with a focus on sustainability.

Staying at Hotel Xcaret Arte gets you close to nature while being pampered with modern luxuries. The resort is made up of 6 unique buildings called Casas, each with its own artistic workshops for guests to attend.

Oh, and you’ll have unlimited access to all of Grupo Xcaret’s world-famous adventure parks and tours!

The hotel will allow guests to complete reservations for all restaurants, parks and tours, as early as 28 days prior to arrival. We will provide the necessary form to fill out to complete all your reservation needs.

We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding getaway. We've chosen to stay at Hotel Xcaret Arte, an Adults Only, All-Inclusive Resort, where Fun and Luxury meet to provide all guests a unique experience.

To make things simple, we've hired a Groups Travel Agent, Travel Memories by Candace, to help secure discounted group rates for the resort. Have your passport ready (valid for 6 months beyond the return date) for the initial deposit as the travel agent will need this information.

1. Flight and 7-night all-inclusive accommodations for a group rate of $3600 will be available for all guests that reserve with a deposit and pay the remaining balance by the deadline of August 12, 2023.

2. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is due by May 6, 2023 in order to secure your flight + room. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit as soon as possible! 

3. Airfare includes 1 personal item, 1 carry-on luggage, and 1 checked luggage.

A trajinera is a gondola style boat that navigates through the canals of the Xochimilco lake area in Mexico City. With the help of mezcal, cocktails and Mexican snacks, the night livens up with live music and dishes for sharing that take us to the hustle and bustle of Oaxaca’s squares, terraces and markets. Designed by chef Alejandro Ruiz, the menu in Cantina Los Faroles pays homage to Oaxacan gastronomy through traditional recipes and regional ingredients that give shape to tlayudas, broths, and other dishes created after years of research and excellence. As the night progresses, the atmosphere comes alive and a menu created for those who like to stay up all night provides the energy for a fun night.

14. CHIBALI (Casa Viento, beside the Kids Club (Xiquillos)
International cuisine in a colorful, family atmosphere, embraced by nature in our eco-integrating architecture. The menu caters to the great variety of ages, tastes and nationalities of our guests, so that both children and adults feel pampered, comfortable and at home. Xplor Fuego Park Information Link (no reservation) Night adventures: Enjoy exciting activities at the only nighttime park in the Riviera Maya. Feel the adrenaline on an adventure between the jungle and the ancient underground world. Drive amphibious vehicles through torch-lit paths, paddle with your own hands along “lava” rivers, and fly on the highest zip-lines of the Riviera Maya, flying above the trees in the middle of the night. At the end, you can delight yourself with a delicious BBQ ribs buffet, fresh flavored waters, or just relax in front the campfire.

Xenses Park Information Link (no reservation) At this half-day park, you’ll enjoy unique sensorial experiences, along two circuits with aquatic, terrestrial and aerial activities, and more than 50 fantastic illusory scenarios as well. Walk the Xensatorium that will take you through different ecosystems in total darkness. Cross the enigmatic Town, which will test your sense of balance. Get your aerial thrills on at Bird Flight, and enjoy calming moments at Riverlaxing, Sludgerie and the Xpa.

Xel-Há Park Information Link (reservation required) is a natural park of incomparable beauty that provides everything from fun, snorkeling, food, relaxation, nature, breathtaking scenery and world-class service. Walk or bike through the trails of the jungle of this natural wonder of Mexico. Enjoy a whole day snorkeling in the cove and in the river, and enjoy the view from the Scenic Lighthouse before descending into a natural pool. Children and adults will be able to do zip-line activities, swim among different species of fish, and cross a fun floating bridge. In addition, you will enjoy all the food and drinks you want during your visit.

Xavage Park Information Link(reservation required) Whether you prefer adrenaline activities or something more peaceful, Xavage has an option for you. Enjoy an entertaining kayak ride, and overcome the challenges of a fun ropes course suspended in the air. Additionally, you have the option to choose between four adrenaline activities: driving an off-road vehicle on an exciting obstacle course, enjoying the speed of an unpredictable jet boat ride, flying horizontally on a zip-line, or taming the waters of the only rapids in the Riviera Maya.

Xoximilco Park Information Link (reservation required) Have fun with a Mexican fiesta on a traditional gondola along jungle canals, while dancing and singing with the live music of the mariachi. During your tour you can enjoy an open beer and tequila bar, delight your palate with a sampling dinner of traditional dishes, and have a lot of fun with folkloric Mexican games.

Xenotes Park Information Link(reservation required) Take an exclusive tour to the different kinds of cenotes that exist, immersed in the jungle of the Riviera Maya, where you will learn the legends and mysticism hidden by each of them, and get the chance to really connect with nature in an invigorating way. Accompanied by a guide, you can perform rappelling, kayaking and swimming, in addition to flying on zip-lines over, and landing in, sacred waters. Before the end of your tour, you’ll enjoy a luxury picnic in the middle of the jungle, with wine and beer, while you relax with the exuberant nature of the surroundings.

Xichén Itzá Tour Information Link(reservation required) is a journey to the pre-Hispanic past and the perfect time to discover a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Along with certified guides at Xichén, you will find details and get unveiled secrets of the mythical pre-Columbian city of Chichén Itzá during your next travel to Cancun, Playa del Carmen, or the Riviera Maya.

Tulum Tour Information Link(can be combined with Xel-Há)  (reservation required) which is the main attraction in the south part of the Riviera Maya. Surely, you have seen the pictures of its main building facing the Caribbean Sea atop of a cliff. Also, this is the most photographed spot in this delightful destination.

Cobá Tour Information Link(reservation required) archaeological site are the remains of a powerful Maya city that had its splendor era before Chichén Itzá. This archaeological site has a vast extension with 27 square miles (almost 70 km²) and is relevant due to the stelas that display relevant Mayan information, plus the number of good quality Sac-bé roads.

Xibalba Tour Information Link(reservation required) scheduled to open Summer 2023, A hidden natural reserve into the depths of the Earth, surrounded by the mystery and charm of nature. There will be several activities that encourage you to explore the history and culture of this Mexican state, plus taking sight of its treasures from another point of view. Get into an underground circuit full of magnificent natural scenarios at 59 ft (18 m) deep and astounding cenotes, everything in a different environment that you use to be in

Isla Mujeres Ferry: As part of the All-Fun Inclusive® concept, guests can now enjoy a day trip to Isla Mujeres.

Discover this charming island located off the coast of Cancun where you will find unique nature, a picturesque town and authentic Caribbean living.

Catamaran to Isla Mujeres: Guests can now enjoy the new Veleo by Xcaret Xailing experience, a catamaran sailing tour that will take you to discover the beauty of the Mexican Caribbean on the high seas.

2 tours are available on a daily basis (11am and 2pm)
Each tour will have a duration of 2 hours
The capacity of the Catamaran is: 100 people maximum, 25 people minimum
Tour departs from the Destino Xcaret Marina, located next to La Casa de la Playa
Reservations are required in advance and need to be made through the Guest Services team only once on property (to assure the tour takes place in case of weather conditions)
Pick up and drop off service for guests of Hotel Xcaret México and Hotel Xcaret Arte will be available
Guests of Hotel Xcaret Arte will be transferred to the Marina from the lobby 25 minutes before the tour starts
A fee of $25 USD will be charged in case of no-show

Starting Monday October 30 through to November 2, the hotel along with all of the parks will be decorated to celebrate Dia de los Muertos. Hotel Xcaret will be decorated to commemorate the festivities as well all of the Grupo Xcaret parks which will also host various vendors showcasing traditional food, art, workshops, music, theater and shows.
