FAQ

Will wedding events be socially distanced?
Now that most people have been vaccinated and restrictions are somewhat rolled back, we are very hopeful planned wedding festivities can occur without modification. However, we continue to monitor announcements from the county and state to see how we may need to adapt. The health and safety of guests is our top priority, rest assured we will be taking all required measures to ensure everyone arrives and leaves Healdsburg happy and healthy.

What will COVID-19 precautions look like?
We kindly request you be prepared to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a recent negative test to attend wedding events. It's not our goal to become the "pandemic police", so we will default to trusting invitees using their best judgement and only choosing to attend if healthy and without any COVID symptoms.

What about wearing masks?
In line with current health regulations for outdoor gatherings, wearing masks will not be required for the wedding events occurring at both Seghesio Family Vineyards and Ru’s Farm. However, we encourage those who wish to wear a mask to do so at their discretion.

Will the ceremony and reception be held outside?
Yes, the ceremony and reception will be held outside in mostly shaded areas. The music and dancing to follow will occur in an open air barn. It's unknown yet whether summer temperatures will stretch to October, but you may want to consider bringing a jacket for the evening if you tend to get chilly. Blankets and fire pits will be made available as the weather cools down after sunset.

What to wear for the ceremony and reception?
Cocktail attire, we want everyone to be classy and comfortable! For women, wearing heels is appropriate, but note the grounds at Ru's Farm varies in terrain from grass, to gravel, pavers, and concrete. Please refer to this link for general dress code guidance.

Are kids allowed?
While we are excited to be surrounded by our friends and family with little ones, all wedding activities will be adult-only events. Get a sitter and come enjoy Sonoma County for the weekend!

Do you have a gift registry?
We do! The gift registry can be found at Zola.
