The Beach & Bay

Sunny Isles Beach is located on a barrier island, just north of Miami Beach and Bal Harbour, Florida. The city is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west.  The ocean side, stretching two and a half miles, features wide beaches with clear blue water and white powdery sand. Sit back and relax or visit one of the many rentals in town for boats, jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks and more if you are looking for a little bit more adventure on the water!

Aventura Mall

Just across the causeway from Sunny Isles, Aventura Mall is one of the largest malls in the world.  This shopping destination with more than 300 stores is defined by unique experiences, renowned luxury boutiques and sought-after brands, a world-class art collection, international indoor and outdoor dining, a popular Farmers Market, and cutting-edge architecture.  Forgot to pack something?  You can surely find it here.

Lincoln Road on South Beach

Located in the heart of South Beach, just a few blocks off the beach, Lincoln Road Mall features premier shopping, restaurants, and nightlife as well as Art Deco architecture and Miami style. This mile long, pedestrian-only promenade boasts a happening street scene with throngs of local and out-of-town visitors, excellent shopping, terrific dining options and Art Deco influence. Lincoln Road is lined with mostly mainstream clothing stores such as Zara, Intermix, Apple, Anthropologie, NIKE, Athleta and many more.

Perez Art Museum Miami

PAMM is a modern and contemporary art museum dedicated to collecting and exhibiting international art of the 20th and 21st centuries. Also home to Verde, a modern, casual restaurant with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay and both indoor and outdoor seating.

Vizcaya Museum & Gardens in Coconut Grove

Vizcaya is the former villa and estate of James Deering on Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove. The early 20th century estate captures jaw-dropping European extravagance in an enchanting American context and includes extensive Italian Renaissance gardens, native woodland landscape and a historic village outbuildings compound.

Wynwood Arts District

This revitalized, urban Miami hotspot is home to many local restaurants, food halls, art galleries, retail stores, breweries, eclectic bars and one of the largest open-air street-art installations in the world. Taking over what used to be a neglected warehouse and manufacturing district, developers have rehabilitated and transformed this neighborhood into numerous art complexes, galleries, performing art spaces, cafes and other creative businesses. Start at Wynwood Walls, walk around and enjoy the visible street art.

Art Deco District of South Beach

The Art Deco Historic District is located on South Beach between 5th Street and 23rd Street, along Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue and Washington Avenue and boasts colorful buildings, interesting décor elements, intricate details and a century-old history that offers a glimpse into a bygone era. This historic district parallel to the beach holds the largest collection of Art Deco buildings in the world built mostly between the Great Depression and the early 1940s, as well as Gianni Versace's historic mansion and some fun restaurants and bars.
