Our rehearsal dinner is not just for our wedding party. It is for all guests who would like to join us after a days travel.

We will have a taco bar for anyone who would like to join us. Please RSVP so we have an accurate head
count.

Alex and Allyse will be going into Glacier NP with their Photographer around 6:30. The Pavilion will close
at 10:00 pm. Alex and Allyse Plan on being back for the last hour once photos are done.

We will be getting married less than a mile outside of West Glacier National Park. This is also the same location of recommended lodging.

It overlooks the stunningly beautiful Livingston Range in Glacier National Park, and is surrounded by mountains, meadows, and ponds.

We have an amazing local Artist named Cara that will be playing for the ceremony and Happy hour along with some appetizers.

Dinner is provided by Oso’s Catering and will be featuring fresh local foods produced here in Montana.

The pavilion for noise ordnance will be closed at 10:00 But we will have the after party at the large cabin

We will have a breakfast buffet in the kitchen of the big house. 

Nothing else is planned but relaxing and hanging out before rafting.

Call Glacier Rafting Company (406.888.5454) to join our private party tour of rafting the scenic Middle Fork of the Flathead River, including the white-knuckle whitewater of John Stevens Canyon. Jess is the girl that has been helping us. If you don't get Jess they will need to get a manager to approve it. Because our price needs to be entered manually.

Space is limited to 45. They have already provided the wiggle room for this as 40 is their normal limit. To reserve your space, Call the number and pay in full for you and your party. You will need to give them an email to send you your waver forms.

Our new and improved prices are $67.01 for an adult and $57.83 for a kid.

Gunsite is closer to the event and open later. this is just open seating. there is no reservation or big table for our group.

We have found an option for those who would like to stay after the wedding that is in the area of glacier but have a more affordable option.

Distance:  36 min from the venu and Glacier National Park. 20 min from airport

They offer Shuttles to the Airport, train station & downtown. This means you can do an earlier return of your car rental.

They also have a driving range and are right across the street from the golf course. Hot tub and indoor pool, gym, and sauna.

This is a free for all. Alex and I will schedule things each day for anyone who would want to join us.  This is your vacation so please enjoy the area and make the most of your week. 

Glacier National Park: This is a great time to go to glacier, it is only 30/40 min from the hotel. And it's an affordable option, we know the cabins at the venu are a little pricey.

Whitefish Mountain Resort: The ski resort is open for all sorts of summer fun. Mountain slide, Mountain biking with ski lift, gondola rides to top with restaurant and bar.

Whitefish: Fun shopping, Delicious food and drinks

Golf: there are three golf options in Whitefish. 
Whitefish Lake Golf Club, Iron Horse Golf Club, Meadow Lake Golf Course, and Whitefish Lake Golf Club (Right across from Grouse Mt Lodge)

 The Hellroaring Saloon offers family friendly dining with fantastic views of the Flathead Valley. 

you can take the ski lift up to the location. Also be sure to check out the mountain slide and top chair for beautiful views before dinner. Last chair to the top is at 4:00

Once checked in and settled in we are planning on breaking into a guys and girls day and meet up at dinner and go out after.

We didn’t do bachelor or bachelorette parties, so this is taking its place. And it is Space Cowboy themed party

No details as to what or where yet but our goal is to have a bus or shuttle to take us out to some of the bars in the area.

If hiking isn’t your thing This would be a great day for golf. Going to the whitefish ski mountain or just relax.

We will be coming out of the park around 6 and will grab dinner after.
