While they briefly passed by each other at PJ Clarke's in August of 2019, Allie & James officially met in Montauk at Navy Beach later that month. Rumor has it, Allie slid into James' DMs shortly thereafter & he responded... & kept responding... and the rest is history. COVID quarantine hit in March of 2020 and they were quite literally stuck with each other.
After a few months stuck in 1,000 square feet in New York City, James & Allie made their way to Scottsdale, Arizona to ride out the rest of quarantine at Allie's family house, settling in for 6 months, where not only their love for Scottsdale (& golf) flourished, but also their love for each other.
In May of 2023, Allie & James, found themselves back in the Hamptons, where they got engaged overlooking the beach at Gurney's Resort in Montauk, a place special to them both. When deciding where to get married, what better place than where our relationship grew than overlooking Pinnacle Peak in Scottsdale, Arizona.
