The Marina Beach Motel is a one block from the beach and less than half a mile from the State Street. We have blocked rooms for the "Kokinda-Franks wedding" (rates start at $249 for standard king bed, $294 for 2-queen beds, and $304 for 2-queens, twin sofa, kitchenette) - all rooms include continental breakfast. Airbnb and VRBO are also good options.  To minimize travel time we strongly recommend looking for a place in Santa Barbara, as close to downtown as possible.  Montecito and Goleta are also reasonable but you should expect a 15-20 minute drive on Highway 101 to get in and out of downtown Santa Barbara.

Santa Barbara has no shortage of beautiful places to stay. However, many of them come with higher rates. For anyone interested, here are some other hotel considerations. Treat yo'self.
