Dornoch Castle Hotel in Dornoch is around a 15-20 minute drive from Dunrobin and set in the heart of a 15th Century Castle. This will be the location of our pre-wedding drinks on the evening of Friday 24th.
We have reserved all 22 rooms for the nights of 24th & 25th and all rooms are now allocated - we will be in touch with each of you when it's time to call the hotel to confirm the booking.
Links House is a very beautiful option and as of 25th August 2021 there are a few rooms available so please call them directly asap if you wish to book.
This beautiful four star Highland hotel was designed by the well known Arts & Crafts architect, Sir Robert Lorimer, in 1913 as a private home for a northern industrialist. Lorimer returned to Brora immediately after the First World War, when he was commissioned by The Duke of Sutherland to restore Dunrobin Castle which had been ravaged by fire in 1915.
The Royal Golf Hotel is a lovely hotel in Dornoch, bookings for 2022 are open from 30th August 2021, there's currently a waiting list to make bookings so we recommend contacting the hotel asap if you want to enquire about that weekend - email reservations@rghd.co.uk
The Golspie Inn is very close to Dunrobin and we're told it has recently been renovated! Please call them to enquire.
