Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to the Dominican Republic! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend.

To make things simple, we've hired a Destination Wedding Expert (DWE) Travel Agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Lopesan Costa Bavaro, and would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend.

2. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people staying in the same room fill out the form.

3. We recommend groups of 2 reserve one room for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

4. Transportation to and from the airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana.

5. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.

Since you'll be booking your room with our group, transportation to and from the airport (Punta Cana) is included!

*If you prefer to fly into Santo Domingo (SDQ) you may do so, but airport transfers are NOT included and will incur an additional cost*
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.
If you would like assistance shopping for flights, this can be arranged with our agent as well.

*Words of Advice*
- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.

NOTE: Most airlines start publishing flights up to 11 months from your departure date.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 40 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $150+ USD just to access the event/per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.

You will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice within 48 hours.

While DWE can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.
We have a 24-hour during-travel emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Gomez - O'Neill Wedding Party that is booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

All the rooms have air conditioning, a 50” satellite TV, a phone with a direct outside line and a safe. Moreover, the bathrooms in these suites all come with a rejuvenating rain shower and hair dryer. Relax on the 118 sq ft terrace while taking in the views of the ocean.

For the most demanding guests, Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort, Spa & Casino offers 1,291 sq ft suites, each perfectly arranged with a king size bed (2 x 2 m) in the bedroom, a living room, two bathrooms, a walk-in closet, and a 322 sq ft terrace with a whirlpool. An experience where even the smallest detail is important and excellence reigns. The living room has a large dining table for four, a comfortable sofa and a spacious desk. It also has a 50” TV, a telephone with a direct outside line, air conditioning, an ironing set, and a minibar. The two bathrooms have been designed to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience.

What Does This Rate Include?

It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Destination Weddings Expert, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $100 per person is due no later than September 7, 2022, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.

A second payment to meet 60% of your total balance is due by October 7, 2022.

***Final balance is due by November 15, 2022***

Please note within 30 days of travel you will be provided with the most up-to-date list of tours available.
