Please be aware accommodation books out EXTREMELY FAST in Dingle so please book as early as possible.

Our wedding is taking place at the Dingle Skellig Hotel and Peninsula Spa. Please ring the hotel for best rates. Although the wedding is in early May, Dingle is busy all year round and accommodation can book out quickly so it's advisable to book early!

Just bear in mind that some listings on the above websites may be located a couple of miles outside of Dingle town.

Dingle Skellig Hotel

Our wedding venue, advisable to book early to avoid disappointment. Please ring the hotel for the best rates. The Dingle Skellig Hotel is situated on the edge of Dingle and boasts stunning views of Dingle Bay.  Facilities include Spa, Leisure Club including Pool, Kids Pool and Gymnasium. Dingle town centre is a short 5 minute stroll away.

Dingle Benner's Hotel

Dingle Benners Hotel is a sister hotel of the Skellig Hotel and is located in the centre of Dingle town. It is a 13 minute walk from the wedding venue. There will be taxi's available from the reception in the Skellig into town on the night of the wedding.

Dingle Bay Hotel

Dingle Bay Hotel is situated in the centre of Dingle town next to the Marina pier. It is a 10 minute walk to the wedding venue and a few doors down from Danno's bar, the location for festivities the night after the wedding.

Tourist Attractions

Dingle Oceanworld

Oceanworld Aquarium is situated in Dingle town and hosts Ireland's largest collection of Sharks as well as a Gentoo Penguin display. 

Dingle Distillery

Dingle distillery produce regular batches of small batch Dingle Whiskey, alongside Dingle Vodka and Dingle Original Gin. They have multiple distillery tours each day lasting about an hour. The tour will give you an introduction into Irish whiskey and the Dingle Distillery. We highly recommend a visit if you can fit it in!

Dingle Dolphin

A trip to Dingle wouldn't be complete without a trip out the Dingle harbour to see Fungi the Dolphin. Dingle Dolphin Boat Tours provides boat trips to see Fungie. You might be lucky and see whales as well!

Kayaking in Dingle Harbour

Enjoy a half-day's sea kayaking in Dingle Harbour, see Fungi the Dolphin at the mouth of the harbour and explore some of the many sea caves. This trip is available to all - beginners to advanced paddlers. Although not physically demanding, it provides a great introduction to sea kayaking, covering basic kayaking skills.

Slea Head Drive

The Slea Head Drive (Slí Cheann Sléibhe) is a circular route, forming part of the Wild Atlantic Way, beginning and ending in Dingle, that takes in a large number of attractions and stunning views on the western end of the peninsula. The route is clearly labelled by road signs throughout its length. It takes about 1.5 hours non-stop to complete. It is also possible to cycle the route: bikes can be hired at a number of locations in Dingle.

Coumeenoole Beach

One of the most iconic sites on the Dingle Peninsula, Coumeenole is a popular stop for travellers on the Slea Head Drive, providing dramatic views of the Blasket Islands. This beach is without a doubt one of our favourite places in the world. Not suitable for swimming due to the strong currents.
