If you arrive in Sun Valley early, we'd love to have you join us, but these events are optional.
10am: Hike to Scenic Overlook on Baldy Mountain. (Meet at the bear statue at the base of River Run Lodge).
12:00pm: Lunch at Grumpys . The best burgers and beer in town!

We are so excited to welcome you to Sun Valley and show you how special this place is to us. Please join us for welcome drinks and dessert this evening at Town Square Tavern patio. Attire is cocktail casual. Bring a jacket as it can get a bit chilly at night!
Transportation will be provided throughout the evening for guests
Shuttles will begin picking up guests at 5:00pm from the Sun Valley Lodge, Hotel Ketchum and Limelight Hotel. Continuous loops will be provided back to your hotel throughout the night. Please do not drive for parking is limited.
