Airport
Our wedding is on WEDNESDAY JUNE 26, 2024. Please be sure to book your flight to arrive at least a day before and also please check the EVENTS tab for a list of events to plan your trip accordingly.
When booking your flights, you should plan to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). The resort is about 25 minutes north of the airport. Search for the best deals on any reputable airline.
Please book the flight that works best with your schedule. We highly encourage guests to arrive by June 25, 2024 to join in on all the wedding events. The wedding ceremony is on June 26, 2024.
If you arrive before check-in time, you can use all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize at the resort while you wait for your room to be ready. The lobby will hold your luggage for you and keep it safe until your room is ready.
We recommend staying at least 3-4 nights to make the most of your trip and enjoy all that the resort and Cancun have to offer. Transportation
Transportation to and from the airport is complimentary if you book a minimum of 3 nights with our promo code. The transportation company, Seasons Tour, is the resort’s in-house transportation company. Once you’ve booked your flights, please reserve your transportation to and from the airport.
To book transportation, please contact Seasons Tours at least 1 week before arrival. You'll need your reservation number, your flight details and # of guests in your group.

For guests with young children, you can request a car seat(s) or you are welcome to bring your own.
You will need a valid passport to travel to Cancun, Mexico. The resort will also ask for your passport when you check in for your stay.
Please note that your passport needs to be valid for at least six months from your travel dates. If your passport does expire within six months of your visit, you must renew your passport.
