DO I HAVE TO STAY AT FINEST RESORT?
Resort Policy: All wedding guests must stay at the resort. Because the resort is highly secured, those who do not have room reservations are not allowed on the premises
We'd love for you to stay and celebrate a long weekend with us, but ultimately you can choose how short or long your stay will be at Finest Playa Mujeres (the resort requires a minimum of 3 nights stay).
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY ROOM?
ASAP! There is no room block in place and rooms are expected to sell out as it gets closer to the wedding day. If you are not able to secure a room at the resort, you will not be able to attend the wedding as the resort requires all guests to stay on site. Your room reservation is 100% refundable up to 24 hours before your arrival, and it only takes $1 to reserve and secure your room now. LAST DAY TO BOOK?
The last day to book with the discounted rate or make any modifications to your reservation is April 12. Any modifications after April 12 will cancel your current reservation and will automatically be rebooked at the current resort rates, which are much higher now. Also, make sure your card on file has not expired as your card on file will be charged ~30 days before your arrival. Your reservation will be canceled if your payment is declined due to your card on file being expired.
CAN I BOOK THE NON-REFUNDABLE OPTION?
Yes you can, but be advised that (1) you will not receive any money back if you need to cancel for any reason, (2) you will not be able to modify your reservation at all once you book and (3) you will be charged the full amount at the time of booking. We are asking all of our guests to use our Promo Code ANWJUN24FPM and book the EVENTS RATE + FREE TRANSFER option because it only requires $1 deposit to book, it will include free cancellation up until 24 hrs from arrival and free transportation to/from the airport. WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AND DEPART?
Guests will start arriving on June 25 and plan to stay 3-6 nights. We'll arrive on Monday June 24 and depart on Tuesday July 2. You're welcome to stay as long as you would like. Note, the resort requires a 3 night minimum stay. To join all wedding events, we recommend arriving by June 25.
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME TO THE WEDDING & RECEPTION?
Yes! We specifically chose a family friendly hotel so that everyone could join. This resort has an amazing kid section & pool. When booking your suite please note that the standard suites Finest Suites and the Finest Club Suites are kid-friendly. The Excellence Club Suites are adults only (18+). When booking your suite, you must enter the age your children will be at the time of the wedding. Everyone 13 years or older is considered an adult. The resort does verify passports and ages at the time of check in.
CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Of course! While this is our wedding, we understand that this is also YOUR vacation. Please be sure to list your guest on the RSVP so the can be accounted for.
DO I HAVE TO RSVP?
Yes, an RSVP is required and appreciated for everyone. It is essential in planning for the ceremony seating, meals, and beverages. In order for us to be able to accommodate you; you MUST RSVP prior to the deadline of April 12, 2024 We appreciate your understanding with this!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE CEREMONY/RECEPTION?
The dress code for the wedding is beach formal. Preferably earth tone in color (green, brown, orange, blue, tan, etc.) Ladies, think long flowy dresses/skirts. NO WHITE/ IVORY/ CREAM. Men, button up shirts recommended, no shorts/jeans.
WHAT SHOULD I PACK?
Your outfit for the wedding, your outfit for the welcome event (all white attire), swimwear, sunscreen, bug spray.
WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Let us know of any dietary restrictions through the RSVP form. We want to make sure you're taken care of! During check-in, the resort will ask if you have any dietary restrictions as well and tie this information to your room number. This is to make sure you have a comfortable stay!
WHAT IS THE RESORT DRESS CODE?
Other than the pool or beach attire we recommend bringing resort attire such as cover ups. All restaurants at Finest require a certain dress code. Please visit the resort website to see the different type of dress code required at each restaurant. In short, men must wear shirts with sleeves or collars at every restaurant. Some restaurants require pants for men. Some restaurants do now allow casual sandals for either men nor women. Please pack accordingly.
