We have set aside a block of rooms at three hotels for our guests from Thursday, September 29th to Sunday, October 2nd. We will be working closely with each hotel to ensure there are enough rooms available in each block, however as we get closer to wedding day less rooms may be available. We encourage you to book your room early to avoid any stress before the big day! 

Update 7/26/22: At this time, we were able to add 20 more rooms to our block at the Gaylord. The Hyatt is nearing capacity. To further assist, the Hampton Inn has added a block of rooms for us and it is near the other hotel options. 

This room block is available from Wednesday, September 28th to Sunday, October 2nd.

Wedding Shuttle: 

The shuttle to and from Riverwood Mansion will run from 4pm to 11pm and will pick-up and drop-off to the Main Lobby. 

We have a discount with Hertz Rental Car for those flying into Nashville. The convention code for the event is 01PW0055. Type this code in the "convention code" field while booking online or reference the code if booking over-the-phone!

To facilitate transportation around Nashville we are offering limited Uber Vouchers. You can add our Uber Voucher with the code rlNe0dbwLlQ or by using this link. 

Vouchers will be available for use only in the Nashville area from Wednesday, September 28th to Sunday, October 2nd.
