We have chosen to make our event unplugged, which means during the ceremony we will not be allowing any photos or videos to be taken by guests. We have hired a great company that will be there to document our event and would greatly appreciate you respecting our choice. Sit back, enjoy, and be in the moment with us.

Prior to and after the ceremony you are welcome to take photos as long as you don’t interfere with the professional staff we have hired.

During the reception, you are welcome to take photos, again, as long as you don’t interfere with the professional staff we have hired.

We also request that when posting any photos via social media on Friday or later, that you tag us, #teddyandpnextchaptertobe

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 pm. Traffic can be fairly heavy in the afternoon, for that reason we encourage you to allow at least 1 hour of travel time.

Although we adore your children, we have decided to make our big day an adult-only event, 21 years of age or older.

Parking is available to guests in the upper west end (big lot) parking lot. From there take the paved sidewalk that hugs the building, this will lead you directly to the deck where the ceremony will be conducted.

For guests with limited mobility, parking in the upper lot, the small lot, is recommended. This will allow you to access the Great Room without utilizing stairs or an elevator.
