The Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos is an All-Inclusive resort! Nestled on the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja Peninsula, the brand new Hard Rock Los Cabos offers the perfect back drop for the celebration of a life time. In order to attend all events including the ceremony and reception, you must stay on site. Plus, you don’t want to miss out on all the fun!

The Hard Rock takes the "all inclusive" experience to the next level.  Not only is your stay unlimited, including food, drinks, activities, and entertainment, but with your booking price, each guest in our wedding block will receive a limitless amount of resort credits. These credits can be used for excursions, spa treatments, salon services, and much more (only 25% service fee required)!

We have been working with a travel agent on our wedding and travel plans and have reserved rooms for our guests at a special group rate that includes round trip airport transfers and a discount of $40 per room if you stay 5 nights or more that will be reflected on your invoice before your final payment date. ROOMS MUST BE BOOKED in our wedding block through our personal booking site in order to attend the wedding and secure the discounted rate. Booking through 3rd parties, your own travel agents, or directly through the Hard Rock Website will not be honored. We will be paying significant out of pocket fees per person per wedding event if you do not book into our wedding block through our booking agency. We appreciate your understanding.

We will be staying from October 20 - October 28. Feel free to join us for as many days as you'd like! Keep in mind that there is a minimum stay of 3 nights required in our wedding block. In order to attend all the festivities/events, we suggest to plan your stay from October 22 - October 25, 2020. 

**UPDATE** Due to the underlying circumstances, we would like to give you an extra 30 days to RSVP for our wedding. We ask that you now RSVP by June 30th. We do encourage you to book your room by June 30th as we can only hold our room block until this date. Though if you do need extended time, you can still book your room up until September 1st to secure your wedding spot. However, your room at the resort will be subject to availability if you book after June 30th. To clarify dates for everyone, if you book your room without travel insurance you will need to pay in full by June 30th which means if you book after this date, the full payment will be due in order to confirm your room. If you book with travel insurance, you will need to pay in full by August 7th or if you book after this date the full payment will be due in order to confirm your room. Chrissy will be sending you a payment request if the full amount is due before she confirms any rooms once you submit your request.

Guests should fly into the Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). If you have difficulty finding flights, please ask our travel agent, Chrissy, and she will do her best to help! Once you have arrived at the airport, your transport to the resort will be provided as part of your stay with our wedding group.
