Traditionally this is not something well known in the Latino world, but we have a beautiful beach setting, and lots of sand so it just makes sense. In essence those participating will be called up to join Nelson and I in pouring sand into a keepsake, symbolizing the unity of both our families and friends into one. If you wish to participate, just let us know in your RSVP for this event. You are important to us, and this part of the festivities allows us to include you in a very special way!

We will be taking wedding pictures so feel free to dress nice for the occasion, but comfortable if you desire. No athletic or swimwear please.

If you want to feel the sand on your feet, feel free to kick off your shoes!

We love your children, regrettably, our chosen venue has a seat limit for this event and we are already at capacity.

Respectfully, due to this limitation, this event will be an adults-only affair ( Age 15 and over) with the exception of bridal party children.
