Sophie and Bernard's wedding

We have organised return trip buses from the Crowne and Cypress Lakes to Bistro Molines for the Friday welcome drinks. Guests are to meet just outside reception. 

The bus will pick up from:

Gypsy Willows at 5:30pm

Cypress Lakes at 5:45pm

Crowne Plaza at 6:00pm

All buses will be leaving Bistro Molines back to the accomodation at 10:30pm.

There is parking at the venue if you wish to drive.

To arrive at Redleaf at 3:30pm for a 4pm ceremony start, the shuttle to the wedding will be departing:

- Cypress Lakes at 2:30pm sharp from outside reception
- Crowne Plaza at 2:45pm sharp from outside reception

- Gypsy Wlllows at 3:15pm from the front gate

There will be buses departing from the wedding venue at the end of the evening to take guests back to The Crowne and Cypress Lakes:

- Departing Redleaf 11:00pm first bus
- Departing Redleaf 12:00am
- Departing Redleaf 1:00am
- Departing Redleaf 2:00am last bus

There are no Ubers in the Hunter Valley region and limited taxis. It is difficult to get mobile service at the wedding venue so we would suggest if you want to taxi that you pre-book arrangements.

There is also limited parking and we would highly recommend that you do not drive.

2480 Wollombi Road, Wollombi (approx 30 minutes before the Hunter Valley)

Coming from Sydney, take the Peats Ridge exit from the M1 which is about 5 minutes after the Hawkesbury River Bridge and then just follow the signs to Wollombi. When you reach Wollombi turn right at the pub and head out of town for 4kms, Redleaf is on the left.
