Black tie/elegant evening

To arrive at Redleaf at 3:30pm for a 4pm ceremony start, the shuttle to the wedding will be departing:

- Cypress Lakes at 2:30pm sharp from outside reception 

- Crowne Plaza at 2:45pm sharp from outside reception

- Gypsy Willows at 3:15pm from the front gate

There will be buses departing from the wedding venue at the end of the evening to take guests back to The Crowne and Cypress Lakes:

- Departing Redleaf 11:00pm first bus 

- Departing Redleaf 12:00am

- Departing Redleaf 1:00am

- Departing Redleaf 2:00am last bus

Uber is not available in the Hunter Valley region and limited taxis. It is difficult to get mobile service at the wedding venue so we would suggest if you want to taxi that you pre-book arrangements. 

You will NOT be able to park at the venue.

There is limited parking outside of the venue if you pull up onto the side of the road however, there is a long driveway to the venue, there are no street lights and we would suggest using the shuttle buses instead of driving yourself.
