Walking distance from the Hyatt Regency you can visit the Aquarium of the Pacific (largest in California), sail the Queen Mary, hop on a ferry to Catalina Island, and rent bikes for the path -- where you might even spot some seals or dolphins!
You can also shop at the Pike Outlets at Rainbow Harbor and dine in style at the Long Beach Waterfront. Some staples include Parkers' Lighthouse, Gladstone’s, and Belmont Brewing Company.

We have lived in West Hollywood for almost 6 years! Some of our favorite Los Angeles activities include hiking Runyon Canyon with a drive down Sunset Blvd, visiting the Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood sign, shopping at The Grove, and grabbing a rooftop drink at EP&LP. You can always stop at the Hollywood studios and see where we work! And of course, you can't miss the gorgeous beaches and piers of Santa Monica & the Venice Canals. Or take a drive up the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) to Malibu for breathtaking views or sip on wine and picnic at Malibu Wines or Malibu Cafe.
