Sabrina and Brittany have known each other since elementary school. Even before they met, a family friend told their parents that they should be best friends. Twenty years (and many shenanigans) later, their friendship has aged like a fine wine. Sabrina is an anchor for ABC5 in Des Moines, Iowa and welcomed the most perfect TWINS, Bella and Beau in February, 2020!

Sabrina (Brina) is Sam's sister and also one of Brittany's best friends. Sabrina has a love/hate relationship with Brittany's punny humor, but laughs at her jokes anyway because she loves her. Sabrina is a Brand Manager for Marquee Brands and lives in New York City. She is also the former Miss Chili Conejo Valley pageant queen.

Lauren Blanchard

If you recognize Lauren, you may have seen her on TV as a national news correspondent. Lauren and Brittany became friends during Lauren's coverage of the 2016 presidential election and have grown even closer since, due in part to their identical sense of humor and love for their kitties. Lauren currently lives in Washington, DC and is getting married to the love of her life, TJ in 2022!!

Jason Gangwer

Jason and Brittany became fast friends at Penn Law, joining the Penn Law Review and spending tons of time together. So much so, in fact, that Jason was dubbed Brittany's "law school husband." It is only logical that he stand by her while she marries her future husband. Jason recently concluded a three month trip around the world and is exploring his next professional adventure after his time practicing as a litigator in DC!

Mariana Gomez Arrunategui

Brittany & Mariana met at MIT Sloan while pursuing their MBAs and not only become friends, but also co-founders of their company, TellTail. They are both obsessed with dogs (Mariana is now Oscar's aunt) and Brittany & Mariana now literally share a brain. In fact, Brittany probably spends more time with Mariana than she does with Sam. Mariana was born and raised in Columbia (yes, the country) speaks four languages, and is also the nicest human to ever grace this planet.

John Kim

John and Brittany connected immediately at Penn Law over many things, including their love for the movie Bridesmaids. Having quoted every line in that movie together thousands of times, John is now ready to step into his role as a Bridesman. He and Brittany are neighbors in NYC, so they have had many magazine and wine parties. John also practices as a corporate attorney in NYC. He is also a dog-father to the adorable Bacci (@bacchi_the_chi)

Lauren Schaeffer

Lauren and Brittany have been like sisters since they met at Indian Hills Junior High. They have had countless adventures together, including one summer they spent living in Los Angeles and other trips together in Las Vegas, New York City and more. Lauren is a yoga instructor trained in paddle board yoga, which is one thing her and Brittany do not have in common. Lauren also work as an account executive and lives in Austin, TX.

Megan Sims

Megan and Brittany have known each other since elementary school and grew up just a few houses away from each other. In addition to sharing a street, they also shared synchronized swimming routines, entire bowls of Velveeta cheese, a love for fashion and too many laughs to count. Megan is also engaged to her wonderful fiancé, Jacob, and will be getting married in December, 2020!

Emily Wajert

Emily and Brittany met during their first day at Penn Law and bonded immediately. Emily was with Brittany when Brittany first met Sam and has been by her side every step of the way through their relationship. Emily is an avid lover of Disney and Star Wars, founded a non-profit called Written By Me and truly has a heart of gold. Do not be fooled though, Emily is also a badass employment lawyer in New York City.

Morgan Wilcox

Morgan and Brittany have known each other since elementary school and even grew up in the same neighborhood. Since then, they have been by each other's side through many of life's adventures and grown closer through each year. Also, Morgan laughs at every single one of Brittany's jokes (which Brittany loves) and they share the biggest "belly laughs" when they are together. Morgan moved to Dallas, Texas in 2021 and recently got engaged to the love of her life, Derek!

Ted Kovats-Wildenradt

Sam met Ted at Berkeley in their fraternity. They became close friends while studying abroad and traveling through Europe together during their junior year of college. Ted works as a software engineer at Facebook and lives in San Francisco.

Alex Aiken

Sam and Brittany met Alex while studying at Penn Law. Sam and Alex both worked together for a year at Cravath in New York City. Brittany tried to make Alex a bridesman, but ultimately Sam won that battle. Alex works as a corporate litigator at the law firm Susman Godfrey L.L.P. and lives in Seattle.

Jack Arenas

Jack and Sam became friends at Berkeley in their fraternity. They have grown even closer now that they both live in New York City. Jack is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of a financial technology startup called Petal.

Zachary Brody

Zach is Brittany's brother, and he and Sam have grown to be family over the past few years. Sam is thrilled to finally have a brother and looks forward to their many memories together.

Dean Fisher

Sam met Dean during their freshman year at Berkeley. Dean is primarily responsible for convincing Sam to join their fraternity, where they were roommates during portions of their sophomore and junior years. Dean works in production finance at Disney and lives in Los Angeles.

Cory Fleming

Sam met Cory in pre-K when they were 4 years old, where they were told by their pre-K teacher that they needed to be separated because if not they would be in a gang one day. This prophecy proved false when they both became corporate attorneys in New York City. Cory is a triathlete and works as a corporate litigator at the law firm Lankler Siffert & Wohl LLP.

Nils Gilbertson

Sam met Nils at Berkeley in their fraternity, where they repeatedly stayed up until 5 AM arguing about politics and economics. Nils works as a corporate litigator at Latham & Watkins LLP and lives in Washington D.C.

Michael McVey

Groomsman

Sam met Michael in middle school in their hometown of Newbury Park, CA. Sam stood by Michael's side as he married his wife Leah in 2019, and now Sam is excited for Michael to do the same for him. Michael works as a mortgage loan officer at HomeBridge Financial Services and lives in Los Angeles.

Adrian Salazar

Sam and Adrian met at Berkeley and were in the same fraternity after Sam helped convince Adrian to join. Sam then convinced Adrian to move to New York City. After that, Sam convinced Adrian to be a groomsman and come to Iowa for a wedding. TBD what Sam will convince Adrian to do next.
