This is a busy weekend in Cincinnati and hotels are filling up quickly. Our room blocks are limited, so please book at your earliest convenience to ensure availability. We will offer shuttle transportation on Saturday, September 14th between the wedding venue, Hotel Covington, and the Holiday Inn for both the ceremony and the reception.

Will the events take place indoors or outdoors?
All events will be held outdoors, except for the Sangeet on Friday evening and the Reception Dinner on Saturday evening. Daytime temperatures can rise into the high 70s, so please dress accordingly.
Is it important that I show up on time?
YES - if you don't want to miss out on any of the fun! There was much dedication and thought put into these events and we ask all of our guests to respect our timeline of events. Your timely attendance is greatly appreciated to make sure our big day runs smoothly!
