Pack your bags, we're going to Jamaica! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel designer to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the RIU Palace Tropical Bay, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.
3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Jamaica.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer of $150.00 per person with our agent as soon as possible! RSVP by January 18, 2023

Riu Palace Tropical Bay is an all-inclusive, family-friendly resort, located on Bloody Bay in beautiful Negril, Jamaica. Riu Palace Tropical Bay combines excellent service with two stunning pools, luxurious Junior suite and Suite accommodations and a lively Jamaican ambience. Guests enjoy exclusive amenities, delicious dining options and an array of entertainment, making this all-inclusive trip one that is fun for the whole family.
LOCATION AND CLIMATE
RIU Palace Tropical Bay is located in Negril Jamaica about a 1 hr drive from the Montego Bay Airport where the white sand beaches are known for their calm turquoise waters and some of the best sunsets on the island. Negril Jamaica enjoys tropical weather year-round. Temperatures in this area can range from 75 - 88 Fahrenheit year round.

Negril Jamaica is known for its laidback culture, history and beautiful sunsets. You'll find Cliff Divers and some of the best Sunset Views at Rick's Cafe. Other activities like cultural experience, water activities like swim with the dolphins and more are available nearby ($)
FACILITIES/SERVICES AND ALL INCLUSIVE PROGRAM
The all-inclusive plan at the Riu Palace Tropical Bay includes room accommodations as selected; unlimited meals and snacks including daily champagne service at breakfast; unlimited beverages including domestic and a selection of imported alcoholic beverages, tropical juice cocktails and soft drinks; regularly restocked in-room mini-bar and liquor dispenser; 24 hour room service and 24 hour all-inclusive snacks and beverage service; access to supervised kids club for ages 4-12 at adjacent Riu Negril; fully equipped fitness center; 2 floodlit hard surface tennis courts; non-motorized water sports including kayaks, windsurfing, sailing, body boards, snorkeling equipment and introductory scuba lesson in the pool; free wifi in select public areas and in the rooms; daily resort activities and entertainment; entrance to 'Pacha' night club with drinks located at Riu Negril (open six nights a week). Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the BRIDE-GROOM wedding party that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

The closest airport to the resort is Sangster Montego Bay International Airport (MBJ)
We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent as well. In the reservation form, mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates. Please know L3 Vacations does not book Basic Economy.

PLEASE READ!
Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agent will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the reserved room block, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes which are not guaranteed to be honored
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of L3 Vacations, LLC please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process. Once you hit submit please email Elise@L3vacations with your name and the CVV on the back of your credit card. To reserve your room and apply your deposit, please click the "Book My Room" Link Below! You will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice within 48 hours provided your CVV has been submitted.
Please note within 30 days of travel you will be provided with the most up-to-date list of tours that are available near the resort if you are looking to leave and do some excursions in the destination
You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give L3 Vacations, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due no later than January 18, 2023, in order to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.
