Southwest International Airport
Southwest International Airport (RSW) is the closest airport to Captiva Island. It is about an 1 hour and 10 minute drive from the airport to South Seas Island Resort.
From Airport to Resort / Resort to Airport
You can UBER, use a transportation service OR rent-a-car to get from the airport to the resort on the island. However, just keep in mind when leaving the island it can be very difficult to find an UBER because the island is so small. There are a couple transportation companies available to make reservations through that travel to and from RSW airport and Captiva Island.
South Seas Island Resort
As a wedding guest we would like to offer you our special guaranteed rates. There are a limited number of rooms available, so please make your reservation as soon as possible. The room block will be available until January 29th, 2020 or until our block is full. If you choose to stay at another location, keep in mind that you will have access to the resort ONLY for our wedding activities.

*Be sure to request the Paone/Napier Wedding on February 29th, 2020, when making your reservations. This will ensure you receive the above contracted rate. Our room block pricing is available to be used 3 days before and 3 days after our wedding weekend, for those wishing to make this an extended vacation (February 25th - March 4th).
*For those of you who may be sharing a room with another couple, there is an option to request two queen beds. On the payment page you can click on "Another Request" and type in two queen beds under the "Additional Comments" section.
*The wedding ceremony and reception will be at the North end of the resort. We have rooms available at the North and South end. If you choose to stay at the South end, there is a trolley that runs throughout the day to transport guests to the North end, free of charge.

For those who do not wish to stay on the resort under our room block, there are other resorts on the island, as well as some Airbnb or VRBO options. Only those staying on the resort will be able to access the resort amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). So, if you choose to stay at another location, please keep in mind that you will have access to the resort ONLY for our wedding activities.
