No need to drive or commute all the way to Clark. Head over to the Alphaland Lounge in TRINOMA Q.C. and transportation will be provided to the Alphaland Clark Airport. Overnight parking is available in TRINOMA Mall.

Enjoy refreshments and snacks while waiting for the airport transfer. Board a private coaster: comfortable reclining chair, air-conditioned, and with wifi-access. Arrive in Alphaland Clark Airport Lounge to more refreshments and snacks while waiting for your on-time flight. Total travel time will take 2 hours and 30 minutes, weather and traffic permitting.

There are flights from Manila to Balesin. However, flight schedules and seat availability are only published a day before and still subject to change as (1) we are highly dependent on approved schedule from NAIA and (2) there are limited slots as flight is open to other visitors of Balesin. Of course, we want to make this available to our guests. Seat availability will be prioritized on a first come, first served basis so book and confirm your flights as early as possible!

The Costa Del Sol and Phuket villages will be our home away from home.

We have secured a special package rate for the villas and will be available for everyone to enjoy. However, the discounted rates are time sensitive. Please see the different rates in the photos below. Each package includes breakfast as well as VAT. We encourage everyone to finalize their booking as early as possible. To finalize booking, full payment must be deposited. Deposit details will be emailed to you after completing the villa registration. Payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address along with final accommodation details.

Each villa has been luxuriously designed for 2 guests but can comfortably house more. We recommend guests to limit up to 4 pax per villa to fully enjoy the accommodations. Villas will have a king size bed + a day bed with 1 bathroom. Rest assured, we want nothing but the best for our closest of friends and family. We will try our best to accommodate any special requests. Let's plan together to make sure this will indeed be a home in paradise!

Phuket Village is tucked away in the southern part of Balesin Island. Each Phuket villa is characterized by multiple roof tiers, undulating serpentine shapes and blade-like roof projections which are hallmarks of the rich Thai heritage. Phuket villas are similar in layout to Bali and Balesin villas, with an outdoor deck, daybed, and lounge chairs and tables for relaxing.   A lush green forest surrounds Phuket Village and the views here are of Lamon Bay for the sunrise and the Pacific Ocean, for the sunset. 

Costa del Sol, which literally translates to “Coast of the Sun,” features Spanish colonial architecture with arched thresholds, stucco walls and manicured courtyards. This village draws inspiration from the quaint, coastal towns of Southern Spain. Each of the suites and rooms in the six ‘Casas’ - Estepona, Fuengirola, Malaga, Marbella, Ronda and Torremolinos – opens up to a picturesque view of the Pacific Ocean.   Costa del Sol is home to two beautiful swimming pools that bookend each other. One, a saltwater pool, is black-tiled while the other is a blue-tiled freshwater pool. Surrounding both pools are sun loungers and parasols.
