COVID-19 Protocol
We know that this is a challenging time to travel. We so appreciate your willingness to celebrate with us - we hope to make you feel as comfortable as possible during the pandemic our country is facing. Our wedding is taking place in Eagle County, where outdoor events are capped at 175 guests. We anticipate having approximately 100 guests. All guests' temperatures will be taken with touchless thermometers prior to boarding shuttles and masks must be worn in shuttles. All event staff will be masked for the duration of the event. There will be a designated section of ceremony seating reserved specifically for those who would like to be seated by masked individuals only. Please use your best judgement and refrain from attending if you are experiencing a fever or any COVID-19 related symptoms (please bear in mind that it is normal to experience slight headache, nausea, or dehydration as a result of altitude sickness in Vail).
