Welcome to Puerto Vallarta!
Tipping
Small bills are recommended to tip the staff. They always provide great service.
Money Exchange
Cash can be withdrawn from the ATM located just down the stairs in the main lobby. You can then exchange for small bills at the gift shop in front of the main lobby.
For reference: 20 pesos = $1
Transportation
There is a trolley that will take you anywhere on the resort. It makes stops every 15 minutes or so. You will be using this to get to TierraLuna Village where our wedding ceremony and reception are located.
If you'd like to travel into town, it's easy. For around $10 you can order an Uber. It will take only 15 minutes.
Resort bars are typically open until 1am. There are bars at every pool, and in all restaurants. Our personal favorite is Don Julio Reposado (yes, it's free).
Breakfast
You can go to Blanca Blue (lobby) or Bocados (near tower 4). You can choose to order a la carte or breakfast buffet. Both options are part of all-inclusive.
Catch of the Day
On Fridays, fishing boats will dock at the resort at 12pm and serve fresh fish. You can also purchase fish by the pound and the resort chef will prepare it for you.
Garza Blanca Restaurants
There are 3 delicious Garza Blanca restaurants at the resort. Click the link for more information. Restaurants close at 10pm or 11pm. It is recommended to make a reservation. For all inclusive guests like you, there is no additional charge.
Hotel Mousai
You also have access to the Hotel Mousai restaurants. These are located in the Hotel Mousai tower which sits east and in-between the two Garza Blanca towers. These restaurants require a reservation. These are also all-inclusive and will not cost you anything.
Room Service
Additionally, you can order all-inclusive room service (also delicious) from 7am to 11pm. Here is the menu
TierraLuna Village
You can eat at the brand new restaurants at TierraLuna, but these are not part of the all-inclusive package.

Kayaking, paddle-boarding, snorkeling, hiking, and tennis are all included with your stay. They even provide tennis rackets and equipment. If you are up for it, you can kayak to a rock-island formation called Los Arcos just south of the resort. Additionally there is a gym available
