A meeting of pure chance when Michelle asked a nearby stranger to take a photo of her and her friends at a McGill medicine and dentistry event. At the time, neither of them knew that the simple question of "Hi, can you take a photo?" would change both their futures.
Soon after meeting, they started what would be a three-and-a-half-year long distance romance. A journey that took them between Montreal, Cleveland and Vancouver in pursuit of higher education. Then on a surprise weekend getaway to Victoria, Simon popped the question.
Continuing their nomadic journey, they moved from Vancouver to Toronto, where after six years together, they start the next chapter in their lives as husband and wife.
