Solstice wood fired pizzas are made with dough from regionally milled flour, slow-fermented for 72 hours, and fired to a perfect char in their imported Italian oven. Solstice also has seasonal specials, salads, small plates, pastas and entrees. Their bar program compliments the dishes with cocktails, local craft brews, regional ciders and award winning wines and kombucha.
