Please read the information on this page to make your reservations for Margaret & Matt's Wedding. Click on the "Request My Reservation Quote!" to select your travel dates, room category, and optional add-ons.
A reservation quote and invoice will be sent to you within 1-2 business days. Once you approve the quote and authorize your payment, the reservation will be confirmed with the resort.
Booking through the group room block ensures your RSVP to Margaret & Matt's Wedding. You will also be invited to attend additional wedding events like a Welcome Cocktail Hour.
If you make a reservation independently through the resort or another booking method, you will not be able to attend the additional events for only room block guests.
Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend.
We've chosen to stay at Fiesta American Condesa Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort, and would encourage you to stay with us!
To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent, Melissa Lisell, to help our guests arrange accommodations. She is your travel concierge when it comes to this wedding! Melissa will be making all of our guests' reservations, keeping track of the RSVPs, and coordinating the guest count for all wedding events with the resort. Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
*RSVPing does not reserve a room for you and reserving a room does not set your RSVP - You must click on one of the "Request My Reservation Quote!" links below to reserve your room.
1. Please arrive at the resort no later than Thursday, October 12, 2023. We are planning a group activity for during the day on Friday, October 13th and the wedding is the afternoon/evening of Saturday, October 14th.
2. This is YOUR vacation as well! You can extend your stay at the resort up to 10 days.
3. A deposit of $100 per person is required to secure your room.
4. We recommend 2 people per room for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up 3 adults. Kids (0-4) are FREE when staying with 2 paying adults.
5. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please make your reservation ASAP.
6. We highly encourage you to stay at the resort. All wedding activities will take place at the resort. If you stay elsewhere, you will have to pay for a day pass to visit the resort starting from $150+ a day/per person which is basically the same cost as actually staying at the resort w/ our discounted rates. Day passes are not an option as of February 1, 2021 due to Covid-19 protocols.
7. Please book your flights to Cancun International Airport (CUN). Flight costs are not included in the resort booking; however, transportation to and from the Cancun airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun. We recommend booking your flights as early as you can.
8. Private transfers to/from the resort are included when you make your hotel reservation with Melissa.

Instructions
1. Listed below are the instructions, estimated pricing and an overview of the various room types available for reservation. Please review and then "Reserve My Reservation Quote" via the provided link.
2. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form. Please make reservations here, not on the resort's website.
3. We would love for everyone to stay October 13-16, 2022, but feel free to extend your vacation before or after these dates.
4. The rates you will see after clicking on the link below include all of your taxes, fees, & your transportation from the airport to the resort and back.
5. If you are staying in a room alone, there are additional costs. To avoid the single occupancy premium rate we suggest you bring a guest.
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.
A second payment equal to 50% of the reservation is due at the time of reservation if after April 12, 2023.
Final payment is due by July 13, 2023.
Please note: All payments are non-refundable after June 1, 2023. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes made after this date.
