HOW TO BOOK

BEFORE READING FURTHER IN RESPECT TO PACKAGES, PLEASE NOTE THAT GUESTS WHO BOOK UNDER OUR GROUP BOOKING, WILL SECURE THEIR FLIGHT AND ROOM ACCOMODATIONS IMMEDIATELY, AS WELL AS BENEFIT FROM ANY PRICE REDUCTION IN 2022.

We are so excited that you can join us! In order to secure your space, simply follow the booking process listed below:

1. Click on the "YOUR TRAVEL PACKAGE" tab on the left (or scroll down) to learn more about the details and pricing of your custom travel package we have put together through our dedicated group travel specialist.

2. Under the package prices, you can click onto the "Click here to book" link or access that same link here:

3. A booking request form will pop up that you must fill out. The following information will be required to complete the booking request form:
- BRIDE & GROOM NAME: Madeline and Samuel
- TRAVEL AGENT NAME: AMANDA
* Make sure that you also have your passport and credit card information handy to complete these details on the booking request form.

4. The deposit required is $300.00 per person. This initial deposit is non-refundable and due by November 1, 2020 in order to secure your reservation.

5. Once you have submitted the booking request form, Amanda will process your booking and secure your space. If you prefer to call her to discuss your booking, please feel free to reach out to Amanda with any questions you may have beforehand at 1-888-885-GLOW. Please note, the booking request form must be completed in order to process your booking.

6. Once your booking has been processed, an invoice will be issued and payment will be processed within 72 hours.

7. Should you wish to make additional payments AFTER your initial deposit, simply click on the "Make A Payment" tab on the left (or scroll down), and click on the payment form link.

NOVEMBER 1, 2020 - Your initial deposit of $300.00 per person is due to secure your reservation & booking to our wedding.

DECEMBER 1, 2021- Your final payment is due.

ACCOMODATIONS

Deluxe Room
All accommodations are provided with air conditioning, LCD flat screen cable television with DVD player, iPod dock, either a king size or two double size beds, night table, radio/alarm clock, deluxe bathrobes, safety deposit box, amenity kit, mini bar, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, and direct dial telephone. Bathrooms feature a rainforest shower, double sinks with marble countertops, bath amenities, a hair dryer and a magnifying vanity mirror. All suites also feature a balcony or a terrace. In addition to the general amenities described, this contemporary 527 square-foot room features garden view, a large balcony or terrace, and two double-size beds. The bathroom features frosted glass doors and square sinks, and there is ample closet space.

INSURANCE

IF THE FLIGHTS OR RESORT ARE SHUT DOWN DUE TO COVID-19, THE WEDDING WILL BE CHANGED TO A FURTHER DATE WITH NO ANTICIPATED ADDITIONAL FEES TO GUESTS REGARDLESS IF INSURANCE IS PURCHASED OR NOT.

MAKE A PAYMENT

Once you have completed your booking by providing the initial deposit required, you are welcome to make additional payments through the year.Please do so by filling out our secure request form below.
Please note that your final payment due date for our trip will be on DECEMBER 1, 2021

Please note that payments are NOT automatically processed. Amanda will receive your payment request and process these payments manually. Please allow up to 72 hours for a payment to be processed.
If you are interested in setting up a payment plan, we now offer Payment arrangements through a company called "UPLIFT". This company will finance your trip upfront and allow you 11 months to pay the trip off. This is a great option if you are unable to make the full payment by DECEMBER 1, 2021. If you are interested in learning more about this option, please reach out to Amanda. This program is O.A.C and does have interest fees associated with it.

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?
Please click on the Make A Payment link on the left hand side. Click on the Make A Payment link and a new window will open up.

WHAT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING:
We require that all guests travelling complete the Booking Request Form. When completing the form, you will be asked to input the following information for Madeline and Samuel's wedding group:

TRAVEL AGENT NAME: AMANDA

DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
Yes. You can make a payment at anytime by selecting the Make A Payment option. As an alternative, you can also choose to finance your trip through Uplift.
Uplift will pay for your trip in full, and then allow you to make 11 additional monthly payments to pay for your trip in full. This option will extend out your final payment deadline and may make a more affordable option for our guests.

HOW DO I GET A CUSTOM QUOTE?
If you are interested in options for dates that are outside of the current group block, or would like a different room category quoted, please fill out the Booking Request Form and in the comments section, ask for a quote. Include in your comments which duration and/or room category you would like more information on. Or, you can always contact Amanda directly via email or phone.

HOW LONG DOES THE QUOTING PROCESS TAKE FOR A CUSTOM QUOTE?
When you request a customized quote, please allow up to 14 days to receive pricing back. Reserving space for a group is a unique process and is different than booking a family vacation or doing it online. We want to ensure everyone is included in our group booking at the resort, so please inquire with our travel agent.

WHAT DOES ALL INCLUSIVE MEAN?
Your booking includes a room at the all inclusive resort, and airfare and transfers between the airport and hotel. All Inclusive means that all of your meals, snacks, drinks, entertainment, non-motorized watersports, etc are included.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes, passports are required to enter MEXICO. It is also important to note that your passport must not expire within 6 months AFTER travel in order to travel.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY TRIP?
We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance and out of country insurance. This provides peace of mind and protects your trip in the event you need to cancel. We use Manulife Insurance for all of our coverage and recommend the Premium Protection Plan. Please inquire with Amanda.If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify Glow Travel immediately. Cancellation charges are calculated based on the date that Glow Travel is notified in writing of the cancellation.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
At the time of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
91 days or more prior to departure date- Loss of deposit
90 days orLess prior to departure date-100% of the total cost including taxes, fees and surcharges per person.
* Total cost means all money due and/or paid to Glow Travel and Events.
