Lizett & Luis met on a Sunday afternoon, on July 23, 2017 at Bachata Brunch in Stanton & Greene at Capitol Hill, Washington D.C. Luis is a social dancer so this was his usual place to be on Sunday. This was Lizett's first time attending Bachata Brunch. Through mutual friends it was fate that Lizett & Luis met. Believe it or not, their first date was at the Xsports gym the very next day in Merrifield. Lizett was passionate about fitness like Luis was passionate about social Dancing. Lizett, liked to keep a crazy busy schedule and it was her only "free" time, the moment Lizett agreed to their gym date was the start of their love story.. one passion they shared together was the desire to travel the world.
On December 25th, 2018 Luis proposed to Lizett in front of both their families, both being the eldest in their families, this was very important to them. They not only shared same values, but both shared same birthday month. Luis is only four days older than Lizett.
On July 9th, 2019, Lizett and Luis welcomed their handsome little baby boy, Lucas.
2019 was a big year, not only did they welcome their baby boy but bought their first townhouse together in Vienna, VA.
After years of postponing on wedding planning, Lizett and Luis are excited to be celebrating with Loved ones in Mexico.
