Traveling to Sausalito & Local Accommodations
Getting to Sausalito
Flying into San Francisco (SFO) or Oakland (OAK) are both good options. The drive from either airport to Sausalito should not take more than an hour.
Car
If you are driving, route your navigation in advance because there is no cell phone reception after entering the park. There is sufficient parking on site. Please note that the roads in the park are not lit. Map for parking is attached.
Shuttle
We've made arrangements for a shuttle to pick up guests from Cavallo Point and Hotel Sausalito & Suites and return them to the same location at the end of the night.
The departure schedule is as follows:
3:00pm: Depart Cavallo Point (601 Murray Circle)
3:35pm: Depart Hotel Sausalito & Suites (16 El Portal)
3:45pm: Departure from Cavallo Point (601 Murray Circle)
At 9:30pm, the shuttle will depart and begin a circuit between Headlands, Cavallo Point and Hotel Sausalito & Suites.
Lyft / Uber
If you plan to use Lyft/Uber, please note that the park surrounding the venue has limited cell service. While the venue has wifi to book your ride home, your driver might have a hard time finding their way there.
Cavallo Point
We will be staying at Cavallo Point. It is 2 miles from downtown Sausalito and a 10 minute drive to the venue.
We have negotiated discounted rates across all room types. If you are interested in staying here, please consult the rate sheet and contact Linsey or Aaron to let them know which room you prefer and we will be in touch with a link to book your room.
