-Friday Catamaran during the day. Pick up at Unico around 11am. Complimentary by the bride and groom
-Saturday pool party with cabanas or golf event. Rehearsal dinner at night. All our guests should make dinner reservations. Unico is famous for their food!
-Sunday- WEDDING! Starting at 4:30
-Monday/Tuesday- chilling by the pool or flying home!
We recommend you get your deposit in as soon as possible. We have locked in great rates with our Travel Consultant for everyone. Please see the important dates below.

* Second payment of 60% of the remaining balance due October 10th, 2023
* Final payment is due December 9th, 2023

Yes! You must have a passport to travel to Mexico. In addition, make sure that your passport is not expired and it has at least 6-month validity from date of return. You can now renew your passport online from the convenience of your home. Be sure to check out the resource link below for all details.
Resort Formal
We are in paradise, however we are still dressing like a ‘normal’ wedding. Ladies feel free to wear sundresses / resort formal options. Guys- not necessary to wear a suit jacket if you don’t want to! Wedding formal, but feel free to leave the tie at home. No shorts please.
Given our current climate, I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you before, during, and after you travel. The travel insurance has coverage for medical, inclement weather, flight delays/cancellations, missed connections, lost luggage/delays, and total cancellations.
IMPORTANT: Full cash refund policies MUST be purchased at the time of booking if possible. You cannot add a full refund in the form of cash policy after 7 days of the deposit date. You can purchase regular travel insurance after the deposit date.
The cost of the travel insurance is based on the total cost of your trip + your age (typically 6%
Please book your flight to Cancun (CUN) International Airport. Flight costs are not included in the resort booking unless specified; however, transportation to and from the Cancun airport is added when making your hotel booking. Not need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun. We recommend booking your flights are early as you can.
You can book with the travel consultant, but there will be a $50 fee per a reservation.
Tips for booking on your own... We recommend watching the price on apps and website such as Hopper, Google Flights, and Skyscanner.
* Sometimes pricing one-way tickets instead of a round trip can be to your advantage.
*Budget airlines (Frontier, Spirit, Swift, Jet Blue) can look like a great price but be sure to add up all hidden costs and compare to the main carrier. Often times the prices are super close or the main carrier is less expensive.
