Just Friends
Brandon and I first met in the dorms at The University of Texas at Dallas, living on the same floor. We hung out with the same group of friends and spent a lot of time getting to know each other. Being friends for so long definitely led to a great beginning to our relationship!
First Date (Kind of)
Well, we forgot to take a picture on our first date so here's one from early on in our relationship when we went to a shooting range. On our first date, however, we got some great Thai food, had shakes for dessert and spent the evening watching How I Met Your Mother!

P.S. you know we're nerds when we go to a shooting range (on a date), get the skeleton target, and argue about anatomy.
Our Favorite Adventure
In May 2017, right after we graduated undergrad, we spent an amazing 2-weeks backpacking through Europe! We visited 3 countries, 8 cities, and only managed to get lost a dozen times in the process. We had the time of our lives and we're looking forward to spending forever exploring the rest of the world together!
Chasing Our Dreams!

Since January 2018, we've lived in different states and spent that time chasing our dreams. Brandon's a Medical Student at Texas Tech and I'm a PA Student at Oklahoma City University. Although distance has been difficult, we'll soon get to see all our dreams come true together!

Brandon's First Trip to India!
In December 2018, Brandon visited India for the first time to meet all of my family. He was a champ with all the spicy food (Level Up), eating with his hands, and adapting to the massive cultural difference. But he's definitely ready for his next trip back and he thinks he's ready to take on the traffic!
The Proposal!

Proposing to Kiran was a feat because we were living in two different states at the time. I had a small window of opportunity when she was visiting in August that I could plan around. With the help of my proposal associates (Jyothi & Scott), who came up to Amarillo to capture the moment and celebrate with us. I've learned that the process of trying so hard to blind side her with a surprise, can back fire and make you forget everything you rehearsed the week prior. (She still said yes, that's the important part).

Special thanks goes out to the garden manager who let Jyothi and Scott hide in the office while Kiran and I were entering the park.
