To keep things simple, we've hired a wedding planner to assist our guests and help plan the wedding festivities. All Wedding Room Reservations and Private Airport Transportation will be arranged by our Dedicated Wedding Planner, Kariann of Zotto Travel.

Why book within our Wedding Room Block?

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 adults reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 adults. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 adults will bring the price per person down nominally.
3. Private transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Montego Bay.
4. To guarantee availability within our wedding group, please put down your deposit with our wedding planner as soon as possible!

Final balance is due by March 16th, 2022

You don’t have to pay it all at once. Book early and take advantage of an interest-free payment plan. All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Zotto Travel, LLC (or their affiliates) permission to process your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $250 per room is due by August 26th, 2021, in order to secure your room and private roundtrip resort/airport transportation. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.

We're flying into the MBJ airport!

All guests are encouraged to book their own flights to choose the best schedule and airline that meets your needs. Airlines are currently offering no change fees and have very flexible rescheduling policies due to COVID if you book the flights direct.

Since you'll be booking your resort stay with our Wedding Group, private transportation to and from the MBJ airport is included!

*Words of Advice*
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hours before the wedding day to arrive in case of flight delays or cancellations.
- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities, and enjoy the resort while waiting for your room!

Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click below.

Note: Due to COVID, processing time has increased, causing delays in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP. Without it, you will not be able to attend the wedding.

It's our goal to keep all family and friends together in the wedding group for accountability and an easy experience for Kasey and Philip.

Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. These are ALL-INCLUSIVE room rates and include private roundtrip airport transfers. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

We are confident in our packages but if you were to find a another package, please allow us an opportunity to review and request a price match. Guests not within the wedding group may incur additional fees.

All guests booked through the wedding group will receive private airport transportation, wedding planning updates, travel guidance and tips leading up to the big day!

Below are the current travel requirements, which are subject to change at any time:
Jamaica announces the removal of the pre-travel COVID-19 test requirement on April 16, 2022. Jamaica will no longer have any travel restrictions that were imposed due to the pandemic as travelers to the island arriving on, or after April 16, 2022, will no longer be required to take a COVID-19 test to board a flight.

For faster processing on arrival at the airport, travellers are encouraged to submit their Immigration/Customs C5 card online at enterjamaica.com and may do so at any time before arrival. If the card has not been submitted online, passengers may complete the paper form issued in-flight by the airline.
