Immediately following the ceremony, at The Grand Hall at Historic Union Station at Crowne Plaza.

Children

While we love to watch children run and play, this is an adults only kind of day!

Plus Ones

Plus ones have been designated on invitations. Our wish is to keep this event limited to close friends and family.

Attire

Black Tie Optional. We kindly ask guests to avoid denim/jeans, shorts and shades of white.

Travel Arrangements

Due to high profile events in Indianapolis on our wedding weekend, we recommend booking hotels early and allowing extra travel time due to expected traffic, and street closures. Illinois Street is closed at the entrance of the venue, so ride shares should drop at the Omni  or the main drive of Crowne Plaza Hotel.

We will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Late guests will not be allowed in until the ceremony concludes, so please arrive early.

Unplugged Ceremony

We ask all phones and cameras be put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired amazing photographers and videographers to capture our special day and would hate for that to be interrupted by a ringtone or blocked by a phone or camera. After the ceremony and exit, feel free to take as many photos as you want and share them with us!

RSVP Deadline

If we do not receive an RSVP by our deadline of September 23, 2024, you will be marked as not attending. We must provide an accurate guest count to all of our vendors in a timely manner.

Parking

We recommend ride shares as parking may be completely unavailable due to the Taylor Swift concert(s). Please plan to arrive early to account for shut down streets for increased pedestrians and additional traffic.

Many lots are pre-selling spaces and may be sold out on the day of the wedding. Please plan ahead:
