If you have not yet booked your accommodations, please do so immediately. We have a room block at Inn at Haven Harbour in Rock Hall, MD. Booking information is under this website's "Travel & Accommodations" tab.
Our room block at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Chestertown, MD, is full (but the hotel may have rooms remaining).
Buses will stop at these two locations on the way to and from the wedding event on Saturday (see more on transportation below).
Chestertown, MD, is a 1.5-hour drive from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), Baltimore Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA).
We recommend renting a vehicle from one of the major airports listed and driving out to Chestertown, MD. If you are interested in sharing rides, please reach out, and we can try to connect you with some groups that are carpooling.
Please account for Labor Day weekend traffic in your travel plans. We expect to see a large amount of traffic as Friday afternoon approaches. We recommend leaving as early in the day on Friday as your time allows (or even on Thursday). Chestertown, MD, is very cute; if you have time on Friday to explore, there are some excellent restaurants, a brewery, etc.
There will be parking available on the grass by The River House.
Cab services in Chestertown may be able to be booked with advanced notice. Uber and Lyft are unlikely to be available.
On the day of the wedding, transportation will be provided from the following locations:
Inn at Haven Harbour - departing by 3:50 pm
Stepne Manor - departing by 4:15pm
Comfort Inn and Suites - departing by 4:15 pm
Return service will be provided from the reception to the above locations at approximately 11:00 pm.
After party transportation will also be provided to these locations, leaving at approximately 12:00, 1:00 and 2:00am. Be sure to let the driver know your destination when boarding.
The buses are available to everyone, not just those staying at the hotels. Please feel free to meet the buses at the hotels if you are staying nearby as well.
You can drive and park on the grass on the far side of the front lawn. Please do not park on any of the roads or in the front driveway of the house.

The dress code is black tie.
Weather permitting, all events will be outdoors. The ceremony will be held down a hilly path, on grass, near the water, and the reception will be held on a brick patio. We advise block heels or flat shoes.
In the event of rain, all activities are moved under cover or indoors.
