Requirements
1. Passport (valid for more than six months to your arrival date)
2. A valid Thai visa (tourist visa)
3. Thailand Pass QR code 
4. Health insurance with minimum coverage of USD 20,000 
5. A confirmation/paid of alternate quarantine (AQ or SHA+ (including RT-PCR test fee) for the test and go scheme (details under the hotels tab).
6. A confirmation of air ticket
7. A medical certificate with a laboratory result indicating that COVID-19 is not detected. It must be an RT-PCR test issued within 72 hours before departure (in case of connecting flights, before embarkation from the initial port) – children age six and below are not required but must travel with parents.

 How to get a Thai visa and Thailand Pass?
1. Thai visa:
• Please find out directly from the Thai Embassy in your country what the requirements are as they vary from country to country.

 Thailand Pass
• Apply -> Thailand Pass Registration with below documents in jpeg file atleast seven days before your departure
1. A valid passport
2. A vaccine certificate
3. A confirmation/paid of alternate quarantine (AQ) or SHA+ (including RT-PCR test fee) –
4. A Health insurance with minimum coverage of USD 20,000
